You then have a lease agreement/contract with a legal company in Udon Thani and it will be registered at the department of land. Its all in your name. Only you have the full right of the land. If you want to lease this land, it will cost you 600.000 baht, that is 1.666,- baht per month only. Within the 30 years lease period you can buy the land and you then pay 200.000 baht extra, so total 800.000 baht.
